Our client, a leading healthcare provider in the mid-western US, is going to be seeking several Epic Certified Trainers to help for an upcoming project. There are a variety of Epic skills that will be required to meet the need. These are listed below. These positions will require the consultant to be onsite, 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday.

We are seeking one Epic Certified person for each of the following areas of expertise. (There will be a total of 8 to 10 contractors brought on, each Certified in one or more of the following)
1. ADT/Prelude (Registration module)
2. Cadence (Scheduling module)
3. PB - Professional Billing Module (along with SBO would be preference because we are implementing Single Billing Office –SBO)
4. ClinDoc/Stork
5. ASAP (Emergency Department module)
6. HIM
7. Ambulatory
8. Willow / Beacon (We are seeking a Trainer who is certified in both the Pharmacy (Willow) and Beacon (Oncology) modules, as they are very connected to each other)
General Experienced required:
- Previous Epic implementation in the role of Principal Trainer
- Previous experience with development of the Epic curriculum
- Previous experience building a Master Training environment
- Previous experience using Epic’s Patient Duplicator
- Strong facilitation skills
- Strong leadership skills – Ability to manage a group of Trainers, deal with employee issues, deadlines, conflicts, etc.
