Epic Ambulatory Analyst
Ambulatory Analyst – Primary focus is tier 3 incident management and service request builds
Description:
Experienced, Epic Certified application analyst to participate in Epic Ambulatory incident support and service request build across a large, integrated delivery system. This engagement will be a for a period of 2 to 4 months.
This individual will participate in the ongoing tier 3 incident management processes and complete general application enhancements. They may also assist in new implementation for inpatient as requested.
Skills:
· Epic certification in:
· EpicCare Ambulatory required
· Data Courier and MyChart preferred
· Incident Management
· New department set up
· Smart tool build
· Pool set up/modification
· Order transmittal
· Experience with Inpatient applications a plus
· Demonstrated success working with teams of physicians, clinicians and IT staff
· Experience coordinating work with other teams across a program
· Excellent communication skills
